 I think it sends the wrong message to have them on your cover models as many employers, especially where employees deal with the public are concerned with image. 

Having the models wearing them says to applicants that it is acceptable to interview or go to work with piercings when it really is not for most employers except maybe head shops selling drug accessories or punk rock industry businesses.</description>
