An odd way to celebrate
WE’RE ALL BIG Laker fans here at Working World, but we have a slight beef to share with Kobe and the boys. When you win the championship, your fans celebrate by lighting one of our racks on fire. We’re not sure what motivates people to do this. We’d rather celebrate our hometown team by hoisting a pint of fine lager. But the lingering question is this: Who will pay for the newsrack to be replaced? We were thinking a trade for courtside seats for next season…
